@lazer59882 He still is, I saw him at the 02, last weekend (13th Aug) and tried to see if he would sign a Star Wars painting I did. He blanked me and did not consider doing backstage signings.

I'm surprised C3P0 in the prequels was still a guy in a costume and not a CGI character, since pretty much every other non-human character is CGI!
