  • Undoubtedly, Dattaramji was a great Composer, and a Rhythm master. Hats of to melodies composed by him and his awe-inspiring association with great composers like: Shankar Jiakishen, Salil Chowdhary, Kalaynji Anandji or Laxmikant Pyarelal. Thanks for uploading creations of this wonderful composer.

  • I am speechless teary eyed!

  • @chamogaa I loved this clip and comments on the famous, lovely and honey filled song, favorite on banjo for its tingling notes. It was forwarded to me by Mr. Khan, @KHAN1561 today. I am thankful to all friends in experiencing and sharing the joy of watching this clip. I thank @dipiaar for installing this magical piece on YT.

  • @aniptwrdhn I appreciate your comment on this distinguished clip of Dattaram ji.

  • @eddie21y21 How beautifully summed up. Thanks.

  • I consider Shankar Jaikishen as the greatest composer duo of all times and ably supported by Dattaram and Sebastian.I do not know the whereabouts of Sebastian but soul of Shankar Jaikishen and Dattaram must be having pain in their heart with the current musical stuff

  • Dattaram ji allongwith Sebestia D'souza and hundreds more were part of the phenomenon called Shankar Jaikishan.. That phenomenon engulf the Hindi film music in the Golden era of fifties and sixties.. God was extra generous onthe people of the era.. Persons like me used to think at that time that this kind of music will always be there for all time to come... alas that was not to be...

  • Oh, your own two clips and this one from dipiaar about Dattaram's role in the making of some of the most beloved songs are priceless. They show us that to the limelight of three of our great composers , unsung musical heroes like Duttaram contributed so much that needs to be acknowledged.

  • SImply superb. Thanks for posting this great clip. Thanks to Dattaram ji. Long live Shankar Jaikishan.

  • Wonderful !! I too have uploaded 2 clips from this lovely CD on this great music director Dattaram ji.May his soul rest in peace.
