This recipe is very easy which is going to save a lot of time and energy, instead of folding the dough several times and letting it rest, we mix the ingredients and we begin directly to shape the petit pain au chocolat. /
cette recette est trés facile qui va nous épargner beaucoup de temps et d'éffort, au lieu de plier la pate plusieurs fois et la laisser reposer, on mélange les ingrédients et on commence directement le façonnage des petits pains au chocolat.
C'est simple et le résultat est incryablement délicieux.

  • Do you cover the dough with plastic or a damp towel during the two rising periods?

  • Cover the dough with a plastic, so it won't dry out.
