This green stuff is the bomb!
Every now and then my local Thai friends will hook me up. Pak bong in their language.

dude and why you are on raw food, sick?

Morning glory is delicious and great for a green smoothy, you simply give a washed bunch and they will be happy to add it into your fruit shake.
the most delicious vegetable i found in Thailand though, are the chrysanthemum greens.. those are just divine. they call them " khee khwaai "
enjoy :)

love it, Andrew :) wanna try it raw soon... thanks for sharing!

@RawVeganMichele me too :)

Awesome! So used to only romaine & red leaf & stuff. You know how American greens are...super clean and usually the same so as much as I love them I am kind of afraid of greens that I'm not used to...thanks for sharing this.

Andrew, this is totally off topic, but I love the TWA t-shirt. It's such a relic!

very informative video!
have you had miner's lettuce? it's divine! my favorite wild food and green :-) seems like this water spinach might taste similar...

@RawHealingPatch I've never tried Miner's lettuce, but I'd like to. I forage for fruit, but I'm not really familiar enough with wild greens to make me comfortable seeking them out. In any event, it looks like miner's lettuce is only in the west coast area of the Us, not the east, where I'm from. I've eaten wild purslane down south, which is a wild green that I've also grown in my garden.
