Just when I thought this song couldn't get anymore beautiful! So awesome!

Can you please make a tutorial?

@theheartrender PLEASE MAKE A TUTORIAL!!! one of my favorite songs ever.

Hmm, I never tried the "play without thinking" thing. I might try that and see how it goes, but it probably won't go well.
Anyways, I hear the open fifths (power chords I guess) now that you pointed them out, and it sounds really nice so I think I might go with that.
Either way thanks for the advice! Oh and awesome job on this

you have such an increadible talent from God!! i hope you use it to glorify him forever!!

this is utterly amazing.
If you would care to answer one more question: What chords exactly are you playing in the bridge? I find online that people play A/C#/A/B
But when I try to play it, it sounds terrible.
It might also be the inversion of what you're playing. But yeah I've been messing around on my piano, trying to figure it out to no avail.

@xVishDaFish ok, well in this video I'm not exactly playing chords in the bridge- in the left hand I'm playing the bass notes and then jumping up and playing what the guitar does. so when A is in the bass, I play A B E... C# in bass, A B F#...(then a again) then B in the bass, D# E B. Hopefully that makes sense. the way I do it in this video is really jumpy though, so it might not be the simplest option.

So I have a lot of classical piano training so I can obviously sight read and learn via notes. I can play off ear too (obviously) but I've always struggled with finding something for my left hand to do.
So just a quick question, if I were playing this on my own, would you advise that I simply play the lefthand arpeggios based on whatever chords some online guitar site (which I also play) ?
Man it'd be so much easier with sheet music.

@xVishDaFish yeah, that should work!
I honestly have a hard time putting into words what I do, because I just sort of... do it without thinking. but often I play octaves in the bass or arpeggiate it bottom to top (putting a 5th in between the octave).
