Your symptoms in your video are identical to mine, I have POTS and ME. I get that exact breathing symptom too which perhaps is what I would consider a mini CNS attack of turning off our respiratory drive (centrally) for some reason hence we can compensate for it by 'over-riding' our automatic breathing that has turned off which is indeed, terrifying and I feel for you. I get the other one when you can't breathe at all. The one that feels like a paralysis in a short attack just as you described.
