Over the Edge of Just Breathless - A JoBromance

The setting takes place in Starbuck's around 9 in the morning.




Abbey, Alyssa, and Kirsten walked into Starbuck's with smiles on their faces.

Abbey: This is going to be the perfect day!

Kirsten: I know really! Can you believe it!?

Alyssa: It's finally here! Seems like I waited FOREVER!

Abbey: I know what you mean. Ugh! If only we could meet them. That's my total dream.

Alyssa: They're such amazing guys! They're all so dreamy.

Kirsten: And I can't get over Nick. It's like I loved him before I met him.

Abbey: Haha. Love at first sight. *sighs* I know how you feel.

Alyssa: Me too. Hey, you know what would be really funny?

Abbey and Kirsten: What?

Alyssa: Imagine if they just walked in. Right now. After all, it IS Starbuck's! All three girls giggled. Then they stopped and rubbed their eyes, because they couldn't believe what Alyssa just predicted. Low and behold, Kevin Jonas walked in, followed by Nick then Joe. The three girls gasped, and doing so all three boys turned there heads at once, seeing what they thought were just fans, but after a second glance they each realized that the girls were stunning. There was two blondish ones, and a brown

haired one, all of their hair blowing back from the wind in the door. Kevin
instantly fell in love with the brunette. She was the unique one of the
three. She was dressed in a vintage rock and roll shirt with elbow length black
gloves on that matched her black pants. As he was staring, he inadvertently

walked into the lady in front of him. The girl giggled. This he learned
later, was Abbey. Nick and Joe were both staring at the blondish ones, who were returning the eye contact. One of them had on a light blue cami with a black
and white swatshirt and a white mini skirt with black leggings. She had on a
silver heart neclace and flats, and a little light blue purse. This was
Alyssa. Joe was absolutely taken aback. As he sat there practically
drooling, Nick was head over heels for the other blonde, Kirsten. She wore a
pink spaghetti strapped dress that reached her knees and little black shoes
with a 2 inch heel that matched her purse and barrett that clipped her hair
back.
All three boys were love struck. Just as they regained composure,
When you look me in the eyes came on. And after all, they were looking each
other in the eyes. Joe got up the courage first. He walked over to Alyssa.
Joe: gulp Hey. My name's Joe, and I have a question.
Alyssa looked up at him shyly through big brown eyes.
Joe: Are you my library card? Cuz I'm checkin you out.
Alyssa giggled and nodded
Alyssa: I'm Alyssa and I couldn't help but notice *you.*
Joe: Oh, me either smiles Hey, um, do you wanna get a coffee? *he
holds out his hand*
Alyssa:*takes his hand* Why wouldn't I?
Meanwhile, Nick and Kevin following in Joe's footsteps, sums up the
courage to ask the other two girls out for coffee, both girls of course,
saying yes. They all join Alyssa and Joe at the table across the store.

Kirsten sat between Nick and Alyssa, with Joe on the other side, and
Abbey and Kevin took their seat across from them. Kirsten whispered into
Alyssa's ear.
Kirsten: What about Sam?
Alyssa: What about him?
Kirsten: Your boyfriend? The one you made-out with behind Abbey's
house?
Alyssa: Oh. I get it. Well... we'll see.
Kirsten smiled and playfully shoved her.
