@froasakura i dont see whats the problem of origin. it is small, clean, the only problem caused by origin is either that you have a bad internet service or you have a slow pc

What I loved and miss about Mass Effect 1 was the same reason why I like Borderlands: Finding new and similar weapons/armor with minor-major stat improvements, gave the game a personal objective to missions and keeps me entertained when completing menial tasks the campaign requires sometimes. I know it caused problems with the inventory interface but that's easily rectifiable without limiting me to 2 of each weapon type in ME2, minus the DLC.

don't get me wrong i like bf3 but origin is a terrible terrible software and the half of the problems with bf3 are because origin.

@shaunitai it's completely different, steam isn't nowhere as intrusive as origin, provides a lot more features besides DRM, it's lightweight, and gives access to VAC and other stuff. It has nothing to do with origin wich is basically DRM trash, steam is actually a great thing.
