    I wonder what it'd be like if Ralph Nader and Ron Paul ran against each other instead. I find it much more interesting to see 2 intelligent logical people debating on certain issues. It'd be cool if Ron got the Republican nomination and Ralph got a nomination too. That way I can be reassured that no matter who wins, America wins, although to be honest I agree with Ron more than Ralph, but Ralph is pretty smart and not corrupt either.

    Nader = Enemy of conservatism

    FOX = Conservative Network

    Ron Paul on Fox network agreeing with Nader on everything.. Was all of this intentional?

    Am I a conspiracy theorist?

    My views are somewhere between the two. A flatter progressive tax system, land value taxes, carbon tax, campaign finance and electoral reform, participatory budgeting, maintaining our social safety net, but adjusting taxes and spending for solvency, gay marriage and pro-choice, and I'm kind of on the fence about health care. I think Medicare for all could be done if taxes were higher

    The similarity between them is merely tangential

    Same could be said for both sides. No one's hands are clean when it comes to our situation.

    Republican and Democrat partisans simply cannot face the reality that their party's interests lie in personal gain and not the public. The Nader/Paul common goals prove that radically different approaches can unite on issues of importance to the public. It's truly ironic that the true political diversity is working together while the Repub and Dem parties are mirror reflections of each other, and can't get anything done.
