@n5597e You gotta use your feet,I ground looped an Aeronca because I was too slow on reacting to yaw changes. No problems now

Ouch...hope that ground strike did not hurt your engine or prop. I love the aircraft, but I am wondering if Would it be possible to convert the Yote to tricycle gear. Can it be done at reasonable cost do you think?

you lost control on takeoff? crosswind?

Always replace your divots!

That sucks, see you tagged the prop too.
-
dang, that was scary!

@Phantomx1e armchair pilot alert! this is a gear failure from the beginning, read his comments. you can judge from the video that the right main dropping way down while the left main is still on the ground .

Engine is fine. Scraped a couple prop tips.. Converting to nosewheel is about $500 for parts.

The plane and I are flying/landing fine now. New prop, couple of gear pieces, tail cone AND BUNGEES.
More time in Champs,Citabrias, and UL's than any "150"

Dude, What happened?? I 've got just enough tailwheel time for the rating and to be scared of one. Did you not use your feet or did you have a control linkage failure?

Actually a bungee failed on the right mains, that's why the left wing went up.
