mental illness does not make you a danger to any one.........you are a asshole a army war vet have only killed a cuple people much less then regular poor people would in okland... yes stop the gun show loop hole i like my back growned check to keep people safe from drug dealers and fellons but those are not vets!!! a man will kill him self if he can not feed his family that does not make him evil!!! most of these disabled vets are getting screwd and are starving and poor with no help!!!

its illegal to stop some one from having a gun because of mental illness you asshole i hate you!!! what if you have a hart atack or stroke???? or if you have high blood pressher you could have a hart atack wall your driving take away your licene from all of those people.. i am a iraq vet we almost never hurt any one we jest kill our self and will use knives or drugs you take our guns thats stupid i would never hurt any one!!!

@NotJoe101 Roads are public. My taxes pay for them. Shopping malls are private property. No gun laws will prevent crazy people or criminals from getting or using guns. Common sense tells me that. I don't know where these bad folk are so I must carry whenever I can and whereever I can. If I knew Jarad Loughner would be at the X place I would not go there. Again common sense. Common Sense tells me to be prepared as well as I can. If private owners don't want my business thats OK too. I will carry.

@tkcarr A mall or grocery store is not "public" property, neither are roads ( state owned) or much of anything else anymore. Their may be responsible gun owners left, myself amongst them, but the majority of people that get killed are dieing from mental cases or criminals that shouldnt have guns to begin with. I`m more on your side as are most liberals than you think. How about meeting in the middle with some common sense?

@NotJoe101 Keep AND bear. That means carry in public. Private property is another matter. However, we do have the right to carry and bear means that. People who carry are no danger to anyone except a criminal. That is a fact. If you are afraid of law abiding citizens carrying guns you should stay home.

If your scared of the world & need to carry a gun for that fear,stay on private property where you can only endanger yourself & your family. When you enter public domain it`s just that,public property. You have the right to own a gun BUT the Constitution doesnt give you the right to carry it onto other peoples or public property.
