We need to start torturing people who do this kind of crap. I dont care what age they are, they think its funny to do this then they should face PROPER punishment: torture. This is freaken sick what we do to animals. An eye for an eye. literally!!! If they think its funny to burn out an animals eye, do the same right back i say. Pin the SOB down and torch his eye out. Anyone who abuses any animal is going to rot in hell.
