Or, what would be the best thing is for him to maybe be in a coma or have to go into hiding and fake his death and go to witness protection or something, till he gets stuff worked out, having him die would not be good, making it so there is a chance of him coming back would be the best thing for the show, and his fans too. :)

yea, me too. i read the other day that he actually might be back for the end of season nine or something...i hope so! lol Maybe he won't die though and it'll just be like, he quits CSI or he's on that suspension

guys, guys. Dont you read. I have been reading stuff there is like a 80% chance he will return! do you want to know how? well sense of being arrested CBS will give him one more chance they say if he goes through rehab successfully he is back! =))))

He was still moving at the end, there's always hope, I'm assuming it all depends on if he gets off the drugs or whatever is going on with him, he could go to jail too I heard, He was a big part of the show and hopefully he will be back. :)

He isn't leaving by choice though, he's leaving because he got fired (he's being arrested for srug posession. I love him too, but i doubt he'll be back
