I was at his farewell speech at the liacouras center in the spring of 06. coincidentally, it was my last semester at Temple. John Chaney is a legend and i even have his bobblehead doll.

I love John Chaney. He said it's easier to be the mean guy and be nice than to be nice and try to to mean. I am Uconn bball through out but Temple vs Uconn would have been great. Two of the most cantankerous coaches squaring off.
