Yeah congress - Dems too pussy to admit bringing these guys to max fed prisons isn't releasing terrorists into your neighborhood and Republicans taking advantage of their weakness and using anything to fight Obama. Why don't the republicans have faith in our prison system? If Eric Holder the current Attorney General & his terrorist loving law firm had not blocked the trials they would be over. We do not need to bring them to US to put them in prison in Illinois to put them on trial in NY. This can all be done in Gitmo. Unless they are afraid that Castro may be in danger with the terrorist at Gitmo.

So we need to close Gitmo (a prison) & Bring them to A prison in Illnois so we can transport them to NY City & put them on trial. When it can all be done at Gitmo. Another money saving plan right? If Eric Holder & his Law firm hadn't blocked the trials they would be over.
