It is time to allow this system to show its potential results, on it's own. A one mile test will prove that underwater stabilizers are the natural restoration solution. The proof is in the photos of similiar success as shown in the video. Give it a chance to prove that the US Army Corp of Engineers are wrong and wasteful. Mike Cz
