@cjohanna87 Actually it has been a tradition for the White House to celebrate these events (Ramadan, Hannukka, Cinco de Mayo, etc). Nothing new hear, all presidents have done since decades.

@Jake91S I'm aware, dumbass. My point is there is no use in celebrating this shit at the White House. no matter what religion/holiday, there are more important things we should focus on rather than trying to pretend like the American government doesn't hate Islam.

@cjohanna87 no, recognizing religion by government is fine. Implementing laws that control or influence one religion isn't allowed. Hes doing this as a gesture of good faith towards Muslims.
