Pineapple Upside Down Cake Shooter:
3 Count Malibu Rum
3 Count Pineapple Juice
1-2 Count Grenadine Sinker

Mix Ice Rum and Pineapple Juice in Shaker and Shake till cold. Strain into shooter glass and sink grenadine.

  • The pineapple upside down cake cocktail would be pretty easy for home bar owners to mix up. Plus, grenadine ( reduced pomegranate syrup ) is common in many drinks and you would probably already have on hand.
