Allow purchase of insurance from any state or country. Allow insurance companies to offer policies without mandates for various types of coverage. People could shop for what they need.

Stop the tax preference for emplyer provided insurance.

Loser pays for malpractice suits. Stop the legal lottery.

Give lower income folks vouchers to shop for insurance.

If the govt was in charge of the computer market, we'd all have to buy a $5,000 computer, and many would go without.
