Need for Speed Most Wanted - BETA Condition 5

A Modification i made for my personal Game. It changes the Condition 5.

Changes :
- Civic Police Cruisers
- Helicopter is chasing you the most time (Disappearing maximum for 1-2 minutes).
- Civic Police Cruisers build Roadblocks with Spikestrips.
- Heavy SUVs build Roadblocks with Spikestrips.
- No SUVs coming ahead.
- Seargent Cross.
- 20 Police Cars backup.
- If 5 Cars remaining, backup will be called.
- Backup Time : 45 Seconds.
