@ApplePiePR0DUCTI0NS Hi. Yeah i want to se that link. Beause i dont see how a piston stopper would not make one valve close properly. But i understand that it proberly dont hit the piston on the center.

@scootergrisen lol failer, never ever use a piston blocker on a 4-stroke 50cc scooter. Its inserted nog in line with the piston, but its from de side inserted. Thats why its being bend, and as a result: one of the valve's will not close normalliy cause its bend. I can send you a dutch link where its being showed.

is it the same on kymco super 9 ?

@Viv8z Not exactly the same. You can do a search for "Kymco Super 9 AC Variator and rollers".

I use this same method for removing flywheels. This works on any CVT scooters. Great trick if you take into consideration of what your actually doing as to not shear, bend, or break something. As for all of you that think an air or electric impact is better than the technique shown here, I disagree. If you replace the ratchet wrench with a torque wrench, you can be sure that the parts are tightened to spec and not excessively tight. Since when do impacts wrenches have torque settings?
