Arkum Shah had got absolute magical power to compose his tune, I heard this song, played a group of folk singers at midnight and they made their most to spread the magical tune on the space to blissed out. I can't describe the essence of that atmosphere. Instrument included ..Dotara, Dhool, Mridang, Harmonium, Kartal, Bashi( everything had doublel set). Now imagine, how far that essence of tune went on that night.

I believe Arkum Shah is the most intelligent writer and composer. I wish I could listen the original version of this song. Many thanks for sharing your experience.

But I do agree that this singer, and her style with the modern music may not do the song justice.

@CryForCry I have heard this song in the original baul style [as it's meant to be] and its sound absolutely fantastic, a great melody ... Many newer singer have copied the tune/shoor and have changed the words - but this is a great classic composition by a classic master baul Arkum Shah ...( Similar style to Radha Romon)

Arkum Shah is not that magical with this lyrics. Labli's voice did not do proper justice to this song. Even though thanks for posting another song by the Legend.
