In 2000, 4 million Californians voted YES to protecting traditional marriage. In 2008, 4 judges said NO. Does California belong to the people, or to 4 judges? On November 4th, let's take back California. Say YES to restoring traditional marriage. Vote YES on Proposition 8.

  • In actuality, 5,800,000 votes voted no on Prop 8. 6,200,000 voted Yes on Prop 8. It's a 4% difference. Two years ago, we voted on the same there. There was more than a 12% difference. As education comes, ignorance goes. Free at last, free at last, I thank God Almighty, we are ALMOST free at last.

  • To see just what traditional marriage is and just why it is so important to defend it, watch the YouTube video:

"Betty Bowers Explains Traditional Marriage to Everyone Else" by MrsBettyBowers

  • so we are getting rid of divorce and 24 hour marriages right?

  • It only belongs to the people if the people aren't ignorant bigots. Since the individuals who voted yes on prop 8 are all ignorant bigots the answer is no California doesn't belong to you because you're stupid.

  • "Traditional" marriage is polygamy. Being forced to marry your rapist. Selling your daughter into slavery and arranged marriage. Telling black people they are subhuman and not fit to marry under God, but can jump over the broom.

Oh yes, traditional marriage is the ideal, LOL!

  • @idaman12345 ,

Oh,ok.It's all a question of individual opinion, whatever the subject! ;-)

  • @popazz1i meant i wasnt 100% sure, for some reason i didnt get that last part in

  • @idaman12345 ,

Huh?! Not sure what you mean!

  • @popazz1 yeah, wasnt 100&

  • @idaman12345 ,

Yeah,my 1st question was kind of rhetorical, meant to simply indicate how 'successful' hetero' marriages are.
