I wanted more pantry storage so I added the ELFA wall & door system to my garage wall just outside my laundry room door. The baskets are shallow so you can use them almost anywhere (even behind a door) and they're great for keeping things like canned goods, extra foil, baggies, coffee, dry goods, and any other kitchen overflow. Love 'em!

  • Neat bit of kit! Going to see if it's available here in the UK - would be very useful in the glory hole.I'm not much of a DIYer though - if it hadn't been dry wall but wood stud what would you have done differently? (And how can you tell the difference?)

  • @NormyPie If you drill your tiny pilot hole & find you've hit a wooden stud instead of drywall then you simply use a wood screw by itself in that hole, instead of using a screw and anchor. Even if you're not a DIYer, this stuff really IS easy to install. Once you get the track on the wall, standards simply slide on, then shelves & baskets snap in and are completely adjustable. I use ELFA all over my house & love it! (Google ELFA UK)
