千年もの昔から、世界には対等の力を持つ２つの強大な国が存在していた。
１つは『ラファエルの瞳』という神の加護を受けしバルスブルグ帝国。
もう１つは『ミカエルの瞳』という神の加護を受けしラグス王国。
だが十年前、両国の間で激戦が起こり、遂にラグス王国は滅びる。

そして十年後

落城寸前のラグス王国の風景—
「テイト、お前はいつか本当の使命を知る日がくるだろう」
首飾りをした男がテイトの夢に現れ、そう告げた。

「また、あの夢だ」
困惑するテイトに声をかける親友のミカゲ。
２人は栄誉あるバルスブルグ帝国陸軍士官学校の生徒。あこがれのホークブルグ要塞に入るため、卒業試験に挑む２人は卒業後の事で胸を期待で膨らませていた。

だが、「ブラックホーク」の異名を持つ戦闘部隊を率いるアヤナミ参謀長官に出会った時テイトの記憶が甦る。

「夢で見た男・・・」
その側に立つのは血まみれの剣を持ったアヤナミだった。
そして、静かに血の海に横たわる男。
「あれは俺の父さんだ！」

テイトは自分が滅びたラグス王国の王子であった事を知る。

そして、テイトは軍を脱走する—

Alright,try to think positive..No doubt 07ghost manga is more preferable than the anime,but at least i could hear their voices,watch the uncountable epics in it,awesome OST (they trully fits in!) & more.Although there are some lacks in the anime but oh my,U NEED TO WATCH IT!!! (The anime has something that the manga isn't & vice versa..fair,huh?heee)
