  • your wasting your time revving that high on a gtrs...your revving outta your power range

  • The car is in the shop right now getting a few tweaks so everyone can see what the GTRS can do. I'll post another vid within the next two weeks :)

  • Oh and the revs do come in very handy in lower gears especially with race gas.

  • To the video poster, did you change any of the internals? A lot of other people with BT told me that I should upgrade the valve springs so that I don't float a valve going past 7.5K RPMs.

  • Built head, and connecting rods on the block, pistons are good so no real need to change those unless you plan on going bigger than gt30.

  • For starters, you should learn how to drive the car. That's the best way to go fast.

  • I have a Audi a4 2002 1.8T stock. I want to upgrade to gtrs. What will I need. Yes I am new to this tuning stuff

  • @traf818

How come you never posted that vid? Lol

  • I love german engineering.

  • If that car has DSG Transmition, ur wasting time..... Always shift gear a bit before it hits red area...

  • 8k not 8.5..... why lie when we see it right there...?

  • @zmadman210 REV0 does not have the files on thier server anymore but if you contact EuroCode Tuning in Torrance, they have the files and can flash onto your car. 310-294-8108

Not even on a GT28rs or real GT2871r is there a need to run to 8500 rpms. Even to make power up that high you need a GT30r or larger and will need cams. I dont even rev my car to 8500 rpm anymore and I run a GT35r making 650whp. My power peaks before 7k now, but thats because my schrick cams are now too small lol

  • this is such bullshit! revo wont let anyone sell the 8.5k file anymore! i want 8.5k worth of revs!!! lol

  • Justinedwardgibbs is right. You are way out of the power range of that tiny turbo. Its like revving the k03 to 7,000 rpm. Just cuz you can doesn't mean you should. You want power up that high you atleast need gt28rs and even then it is doubtful. Go gt30r.

  • i'm just quoting what the experts say.
