A few mo back, a neighbor across the street offer to buy me food with her food card if I took her shopping. I declined, b/c it felt weird! I gave her a ride though. Another time she offered me twice the amount of food for cash,I said no, & felt bad since we were neighbors. I gave her diapers, wipes, toilet paper - which she insisted she needed. Knowing her, I'm guessing,her boy friend wants drug/alcohol $-$. I smell & see a lot of that going on there. This is another failed Gov program.
