    For liver transplant best indian hospital are :

    A) Wockhardt hospital

    B) Apollo hospital

    Both this hospital are JCI accredited, better then most US hsopitals.

    Cost might be arround 20,000$

  • Sorry to hear about you mother's condition. I pray to waheguru she gets well soon. In my opinion best is to contact Indian Consulate in Islamabad for available options and they can guide you to reliable sources. I wouldn't just rely on internet...
