Ontairo Northland train the Polar Bear Express departing Moosonee for Cochrane, Ontario on 2009 March 27th. This train operates five days a week and six days a week in summer, departing Cochrane in the morning and returning there in the evening. The consist includes locomotives, chain cars for private passenger vehicles (anything heavier than a half ton pickup goes on the freight train), boxcars for baggage (snowmobiles/atv's/canoes), baggage, coaches, snack car and APU.
It's just a auxiliary power generator now. The ONR used to have steam generator cars but now uses these former B units on its passenger trains. Most of them are ex Milwaukee.
