This video shows the typical detail we provide in nc programming. Supporting documentation is illustrated in the machining process of a hydraulic manifold made from 1018 carbon steel 125Bhn hardness on a Haas TM-1 toolroom mill programmed with GibbsCAM production milling software.

The video is 15 minutes, containing a summary of sixteen (16) hours work off site at $45.00 an hour with internet, iphone and video conferencing support.

We provide nc programming services applying GibbsCAM, Esprit, ShopCAM, NiCAM, APT, Fanuc Custom Maco B, Heidenhain .I and .H, Siemens, and manually when necessary for Fanuc and Fanuc compatible controls .
