That's not what the Interviewer meant. I think that he was talking about the issue of electability, not the issue of whether the GOP thinks his philosophy is correct.
Bottom line: Ron Paul can't win in a General. No matter how loyal and fervent Ron Paul's grassroots following is, the American public believes in SS MC and DOE.
FDR's new deal is going nowhere, MC is going nowhere. Try to touch em, and you will feel the wrath of the voter. Why you think the GOP stopped trying?

no one has a better political mind than Ron Paul !!

@MachXX2 Musharraf was awesome?? are you serious??
-
That's what's up!!

Musharaf was awesome! He kept Pakistan stable. The current "elected" president Zidari is a corrupt evil SOB. Just being elected doesn't make you a better leader than a non-elected official. Hitler was elected democratically afterall. Other than that though Ron Paul is usually ok with me.

Brilliant response- Any conservative appreciates the point Dr. Paul makes here and particularly those who've studied the principles of limited government and jurisdictional check/balance issues so blatantly disregarded by republicans.
