  • Wow! I have to say that your video made me feel like I was right there with you guys. Hope you two have plenty more good times in your future. I actually lol in class because I totally understood how she felt. It's differenet when the pressure's on. SMILES

  • We're hoping to take another trip soon - probably up the east coast this time. Ave. of the Giants was one of our favorite days. What a cool place. Thanks for stopping by.

  • thanks for bringing us along, what a beautiful place! what i like too about this video is you guys, the way you relate to each other and to the place. stone skippin episode was awesome too!

  • Ha cool! Glad you dug the video. What an outstanding park. Skipping stones was hilarious. Kamrin would like everyone to know that her skills have much improved since then - LOL

  • Glad you enjoyed the journey. We do have a good time together. Kind of cool being married to your best friend. She still sucks at stone skipping :) LOL - she'll kill me for saying that.

  • aaww-- where is kodi??

  • LOL - Kodi had to stay by himself in Eureka to the North. The windy road down to Shelter Cove following this drive would have done him in for sure. He grumbled a bit but it was for his own safety - and ours.

  • We have an Ewok rock in our Fort Dick market...this is isn't where Jedi was filmed, it was up in Crescent City.

  • We have an Ewok rock in our Fort Dick market...this is my playground!

  • Careful. Prehistoric. Stuff. Or at least old.

  • Funny you should mention the Ewoks. Their forest scenes were filmed about 60-70 miles north of where you were, in the Redwood National Park. I've been to Humboldt Redwoods State Park a couple of times and it truly an amazing place. If I recall correctly, they say it is has the densest forest on Earth. That's pretty easy to believe since there are plenty of places where the trees are so close together that it is almost dark in the middle of the day. I need to go camping there one of these days.

  • haven't had time to even watch the whole thing yet, but you do a great job of combining your own adventure, camera awareness and narration of a most desirable place that I've wanted to see all my life. I'm 47 now. Thank you for the journey. Can't wait to see the whole thing.

  • Nice video guys! Thanks for the quick tour and I enjoyed watching you tow enjoy yourselves. That's what it's all about, going to one of the most magnificent places on Earth! I hope to go someday from the heart of the Midwest, Indiana!

  • What kind of disrespectful freak are you? Get therapy.
