My Computer won't start up. I'm not sure what is wrong. If anyone with any computer experience can help. Its an older Emachine. It think its a AMD processor
Ok I know this is a new response to an older video... Usually when this happens, chances are you need to reset your CMOS...The easiest way is to remove your CMOS Battery for 10 to 12 minutes and then place it back... The BEST way is to locate your jumper pin (Usually labeled JBATT) and move it from pins 1 and 2 to pins 2 and 3... Leave it on 2 and 3 for 5 seconds then move it back to pins 1 and 2.. Make sure your power supply is either off or AC is disconnected.
can someone help me ive built a custom pc and put it all togther the only thing thats wrong is ive not got a fan and the wires at the front panel ive put them on the motherboard but it wont power up the parts are from a medion and a dell all the parts except the power supply are from the medion
i have exactly the same problem with the 4 pin PS. is not a PSU the problem is in MOTHERBOARD some short microfuses. definitely.. i have test every thin else in the case..
Looks like the PSU is not putting out all the volts it should be.

And in your case, the jumper is the blue one located below your battery and to the right
