In the game is it based on cash? And if it is can u spawn the cash?

@cabalfan800 Spawn-economy, you need cash to spawn items, there is also a good variety of shops located all over the game. You can earn money by pking, skilling, killing monsters etc, also you get a good starter package to get you started, c u on runecore
