ok, so they arent completely nerfed, the sheer damafe potenial is insane, only problem now is that it is only for 1 target, which aint gonna help much if theres a dread fleet killing you, cus you pop 1 every 5-10 mins = you will die. most titans die inside of 30mins at the MOST.
