@daleksvscybermen i feel sorry for him all alone in the TARDIS after saving the world and losing a friend because she would have died if she had not forgotten him. this was a depressing ending.

@TheDarklordganon Stop right there. A huge bunch of Americans, including myself, know what Dr Who truly is and wouldn't equate it to Star Trek. Dont generalize all of us based on the comment of one person on Youtube

I remember the first time I watched this episode, I was very sad and all when the Doctor left Rose for good but I thought it was okay because they were still connected in a way through their memories and Rose had the other Doctor, they had their happy ending. On the other hand, I was completely devastated after this scene! I loved his friendship with Donna so much, they were like siblings and he was forced to erase himself completely from her memory. It's so damn heartbreaking!!
