COPWATCH SHIFT IN OAKLAND (OAKLAND COPWATCH OUTREACH)

I taped this during an outreach shift where we are trying to build the idea of copwatch in the struggle to come
we've been outreaching in downtown oakland during the weekend, in this particular stop we asked for the badge number of a sheriff as the victim was released, he was resistant but upon reflection gave it.
