@nguyenMCJROTC both the same thing except.... well... you mean an AR 15. This is what he's shooting. And yes they are the same thing except one is a civilian version (semi auto only) and the other is military and law enforcement (auto or burst capability).

@Travis94ZX First off, you need to know what an actual M4 is. An M4 is a derivation of the AR-15, which can either be semi auto or 3 round burst. The M4A1, which is the one I presume you are thinking of because you saw it in a video game, can be full auto, but that is not what he has here.
