awful horrendous job

I hope you know that your doing about everything you could wrong.
-
I figure you get some serious string burn going on besides all the others things mentioned in the posts...
-
You started wrong. You have to put the clamp in the middle.
-
You really shouldn't string one side of the frame and then the other. The imbalanced forces will wreak havoc on your frame, weakening it at best.
-
you shouldnt put ur clamps on the outside of the frame unless its a starting clamp . . . an also IMO the tensioning works better if the arm is in the up position.

I don't know if you read the manual wrong, but you did more than enough incorrect things. You're using the tension head all wrong, stringing one half of the racquet first is terrible for the frame's structural integrity, using clamps on the outside way, when pulling your crosses through you need to push them up and pull, pulling straight through causes unnecessary wear and tear on the mains and shortens your string life.
