All right so I can not figure out what the hell is wrong with my truck. I have replaced the spider injection, fuel lines, cap, rotor, spark plugs, coil, fuel filter, pcv, iac, and egr. Dont know what else it can be. You can see it idles better with the a/c on but it still sputters while driving. Truck sometimes turns off after coming to a stop. Its getting real annoying!!
@MrKWOOTEN there is no MAP sensor on the air cleaners on a 92-95 Vortec CPI system. it just has a pcv hose from the valve cover going to it. no wires or anything. the only sensor is in the breather hose right before the throttle body...and its the IAT (intake air temperature). ive had one for 18 years..see my vid. Youre thinking of the non Vortec with the round breather and TBI...way different system. those have 40 less horsepower

@UR50SLO thats true also...i had a cracked line at my distributor and my hose was disconnected off the breather box. i put new lines in and seafoamed it through the brake booster and it ran like new...with 431,000 original miles.

seafoam it.. put half a can down the vacuum line off the brake booster...slowly. shut it off and let it set. put the rest of the can in the gas tank (make sure you run 91+ like a vortec requires) let it sit overnight and fire it up...it will smoke like you wouldnt believe for a bit...drive it for 50 miles. itll clean the funk and carbon out of the heads and cat and itll run a hell of alot better.id actually do a whole can in the gas and a whole can down the intake. it vastly improves the idle.

I hear a huge vaccume leak..... That will cause this to idle rough and die. It's that hissing sound... Track that down and you'll have it.
