The City of Dallas recognizes employees who go beyond their job descriptions to provide outstanding service to external and internal customers. In this WOW Patrol visit, City manager Mary Suhm suprises Larron Wright, a mechanic in the equipment and building services department. Although it wasn't his job to do so, Larron helped a fellow employee in another department find out how much repairs to a damaged vehicle would cost. The lady had been playing phone tag for three weeks trying to get the answer!
