ohh god, I have to present tomorrow! And I really hope I don't have a panic attack, because I have had one about a few months ago... And i wasn't even giving a speech! :( I feel screwed.

Annette, I was most impressed by the speed that I was able to go from fear to accomplished in just one day. Your 6 hour seminar gave me the skills, confidence and ability to create and deliver memorable messages. In addition to my testimonial I am sending you two referrals, need I say more? This is always a great cause for distress.
Make sure your notes are well organized so that you can depend on them when you feel the anxiety happening. Always remember that your listeners want you to do well, they don't want to see you fail. Have a glass of water with you...and if needed take a moment and tell the audience how your feeling, they can see it anyway so get it on the table.You'll feel better and then move on to a great present
