i HATE mw2...
-
true, ive being playing mw2, i put v sync on and it capped it to 60fps with my hd5870, but i moved slower and got dominated lol, switched it straight off, now im faster and either come first or second in a free for all match, so the faster your fps the faster you move, test it out its true
-
@skywalkmangeforce Yes cos vsync just caps the frame rate to your monitors refresh rate.
-
lol ill stop being defiant, i agree after the 60fps mark theres no smoother difference noticable, but gameplay is faster at say 100fps, crysis playes miles faster at 100fps, But there is something i noticed, it Vsync is disabled!!!, if a game runs at 60-70 you will get tearing, if its at 100-200fps the tearing virtually stops

AGAIN I SAID NOTTTICE NOT SEE!!!!!
-
and also, the human eye can see past 75! i mean nvidias new 3d technology requires a 100htz or above to display it, old crts were around the 100htz mark, the human eye isnt made up of frames like a computer, its pure!, so basically as long as the monitor supports it, the fps can be unlimited
-
I said that further down retard.
-
still, if your monitors 60hz, you can only see 60fps max from your monitor, if its 75 then 75 max and so on, GO HAVE A WOBBLE IN A CORNER AND RETHINK YOUR LIFE
-
Em i said notice a difference not see READ NOOB!
-
@dvdhny the human eye / brain combination can see well over 100 frames per second and thus far the limits have not thoroughly been tested yet. Suffice it to say, IT IS NOTHING LIKE THE 24, 30, 60 or even 100 fps crap, that gets spouted on the Internet. so dickface get yer facts straight NOOB

sorry man, CPU and RAM are great, but you need a better card to run on high. i would try getting a 9800 gtx, its currently the best bang for your buck.
