Jo Daviess County Illinois was inundated with rain--13-16 inches in many parts of the county. The result was severe erosion, roads and bridges damaged and destroyed and at least three death attributed directly to the storm. Thank you to every emergency service worker who helped those in need.

Thank you for posting--it should be noted that incredible heat continued through and after the rains--a week later, many are still repairing damage and adding up the devastation. God Bless all the rescue people: EMS, police, public and private road crews, neighbors and community who pulled together for each other!

Thanks for putting this together to share the devastation. Prayers go out to everyone who was affected by this devastating weather that Dubuque, East Dubuque, Galena, and other surrounding towns who were flooded.
