  • It really easy to manage if got main central to coordinates the school in the whole states.

  • wildgift2, apparently "the people" didn't know that decentralization was a good idea. Additionally, usually companies and governments like control over everything possible. In order to maintain control over something, you have to have a centralized system. The Internet is exploding because it is decentralized.

  • Why does decentralization work? Presumably, districts are now centralized because, in the past, they were "better" in some way than autonomous schools. Otherwise, people would have demanded decentralization back when the districts were growing.
