I have to agree with kristenlee3, he looks a little unatural, he still looks old, but with no wrinkles. maybe the skin should have been a little darker and kept some wrinkles/dark lines.
But you still did a brilliant job, if you had down that on a younger man than i think it would have looked amazing. Well done :)

Die Leute die ihr "PHOTOSHOPOPFER" nennt werden nach 10 Jahren euch und eure Familie kaufen können weil sie Geld fürs Photoshopopfer sein bekommen werden und für zB L' Oreal werbungen arbeiten ;)

You could typically use spot healing brush, but this person used the clone stamp tool, which is often easier than the healing brush.
