If I were a celebrity, I would gain weight just so I could be on this show and be trained by Harvey. He is one fine man!

You know what's sad though? After Celebrity Fit Club 5, Maureen McCormick gained back the weight she lost because she was heavyset when appearing on the show Gone Country.

Celebrity fit club was one of my favorite shows on TV minus screech's attitude. I use vastmuscle (.com) workouts and nutrition guidance and have gotten great results.
