  • You can keep the American version. One thing I know is, anytime the Americans say it has been improved I know that it has actually been made cheaper to produce often with quality compromise. I have an original 1980's version and it is a wonderful gun. I would not purchase this model. Swiss = exceptional quality & craftsmanship. American = slippage in quality & compromise to decrease cost basis. NO THANKS!

  • Very very cool design. Love the slide inside the rails idea. Bet its accurate as anything.

  • @superstreetdogg

    not a the origin

  • @duanescot YES

  • @rammsteinlover1337 I completely agree, the way these things fit together, and how TIGHT they are, I figured that I would need to shoot at least 500 rounds to even get it close to being worn in, in fact just field stripping this gun is a real bitch new, in any case, it shoots like a dream, one of my favorite pistols now

  • @duanescot the thing isnt that it from another country, but it actually that SIG have "machined" every part to much! in the old 210 you had to shoot it at least about 1000 rounds through it so it would "machine" it self to PERFECTION. the parts would grind each other so the fit would be perfect, the old sig said something like this:

A new gun can't be accurate until it had been fired about 1000 times.

  • My friend owns one, he loves it!! but he told me that the old had a tiny bit of extra thickness between every part so you would have to shoot about 1000 rounds through it so the gun would reshape it self, which made it more accurate! so if you would put a slide from your sig 210 on another sig 210 doesnt mean that it would fit! they said in the factory that a NEW gun couldnt be accurate,

  • how much does it weight?

  • I just bought one of these and have yet to get my hands on it, since its still made in Germany I have high hopes for it, ill report back

  • @EL3minutero I am an American too! I just wish we produced better with more consistent quality.

  • @Reverendjim1 Your comment, which is meant to slander American manufacturing, is misdirected. The new Sig P-210 Legend is a GERMAN version manufactured in GERMANY. America had nothing to do with it.

  • @Reverendjim1 HEEEEEEY, I am an AMERICAN and all i can say about your COMMENT is.........you are RIGHT!!!
