I am glad I saw this video, cos I was going to buy this kindle soon, but after what I saw here, I changed my mind. It's laggy even when doing most simple things, not responsive at all. Google Nexus 7, here I come.

Should be true, there is no Google Enviroment on this Tablet, and I don't think the offical youtube app will run without it.
You could of course flash the Google Apps or a custom rom and get all the google apps including the play store.

There are 100 apps, books and paused movies running in the background so of course its going to lag.
