@ktama1111 No that's not true. The kind of heavy rainfall that the Northern parts of Morocco are experiencing are only damaging to the land. The soil can't absorb so much water on such a short time span. The ground are eroded, the crops are destroyed and houses destroyed. This is definitely not a good thing.
